Caeden is currently 27 months old.
We were watching a guy mow the yard across the street from ours the other day, and I kept calling him the "lawn mower guy". Caeden loves to look out the window so he was pretty focused on watching. Here was our mini-conversation while watching.Me: "Caeden, wanna come watch the lawn mower guy?"
C: "Mow? Yawmower? Daddy mow?"
Me: "No, Daddy's at work. Watch him mow the grass."
C: "Yawnmower guy mow? Whoaaa."
Then the guy disappears into the back.
Me" "There he goes to the backyard."
C: "Where wanmower guy go?"
Me: "He went to the backyard."
C: "Bakyar? Yawnmower guy in bakyar?"
Then the guy comes back out to the front.
Me: "Looks like he is all done."
C: "Ah done? Wanmower guy ah done?"
Me: "Yep. He's putting the lawnmower away."
C: "Yawnmower way?"
Right before I laid him down, Caeden made sure to remind me that the "yawnmower guy" was "ah done.". :)

My allergies have kicked in the past few days and have been sneezing like crazy. Yesterday, when I sneezed for the umpteenth time, Caeden all of a sudden said, "Bless Mommy."

Yesterday, I caught Caeden taking his train tracks (and most of the accesories) off his train table and putting the track together on the floor. We have been telling him not to take his tracks apart, but well...he's two.
Here is our conversation as he walks out of his playroom holding some train tracks:
Me (with that disapproving mom look): "Caeden, didn't Daddy and I tell you not to take the tracks off your table?"
C: "Yeah." (His response to every question we ask him)
Me: "Do you think we should go put the tracks back on the table?"
C: "Yeah." (Man, so agreeable at this age) ;)
Me: "Let's pick up the tracks and take them back in there."
C: "But why?" (Which is slowly starting to replace "yeah" as the most said response)

LOL I love the stuff little ones say. Kayleigh is always saying something hysterical but half the time I forgot her pearls of hilarity. I need to start writing them down.
Love that sweet lawn mower conversation - just such a good example of their talk at that age. Sweet!
Happy TTT!
He always says the cutest things!! :)
