Caeden is currently 27 months old.
The other night my husband and I were sitting at the kitchen table with Caeden. We were finishing up supper and as we were talking about going to the store, Caeden looks up at my husband and says:
C: "Daddy...go...to...park? (In the most quietest little voice, like if he said it soft enough maybe Daddy would say yes.)
Daddy: "What? You want to go to a park?"
C: "Okay."
Daddy: "What park do you want to go to?"
C: "Go to...park?"
Daddy: "I know you want to go to a park, but which one?"
C: "GO TO PARK!! YAY!!"
Daddy (laughing): "Which park buddy?"
C: "KINGSROW!!!" (Kingsrow is the street name that the park he loves is on)
The other day Caeden and I were sitting on the couch reading books. After I read the first one, Caeden looks up and says, "I wuv vew Mommy." Um...melt my heart.

I love that conversation, it seems that we all have times of confused conversations with our little ones. Too cute!
