A Little Bit of Tot School...

Caeden is currently 28 months.
Tot School
Last week ended up being a very busy week for us!  Our morning activities seemed to happen during our usual "Tot School" time.  I also didn't have my camera on hand as much as I usually do (what's wrong with me?).  So our pictures are few!

So here are the highlights from the week!

ART:
He still asks for his crayons daily and likes to just make lines and scribbles!
 Puzzles:
I set these beginner pattern blocks out this week for C to work on.  He really didn't have much interest in them but did manage to focus on them for maybe five minutes a day? :)
Fine Motor:
I also had stringing beads out this week.  C is getting better at trying to put the string through the bead, but still needs me to help him with pulling it through.  He'd rather line up the beds and count them. :)
Little Helper:
I thought C might enjoy helping me make some blue jell-o, so I had him help me pour the mix and water into the pan and then let him stir until his heart was content. :)  He enjoyed eating it for snack!
The weather where we live has been absolutely beautiful for October, so we have spent some time outside too!
Watching a football game...
and a trip to the zoo!!

That was our very short Tot School week!!
Thanks for stopping by!

Yummy blue jello!

We have those same pattern block puzzles, and my daughter shows no interest in them -- at the moment. I just keep trying!

I haven't been by in a while so thought I'd stop and say hello. I love the making jello idea. That's something nice and simple. I've wanted to involve J in more "cooking" stuff but didn't have any great ideas until now. We're doing more with the stringing beads too - that's a tough one yet. Hope you are having a good week!
