Cooking With Caeden

Caeden helped Daddy and I prepare our ingredients for potato soup this morning.  I must say this was such a great activity for Caeden, and for us!  He did such a good job of helping and really took his time.

He loved helping me peel potatoes, and at one point told me, "I can do it myself!" 

Then it was time to put the potatoes that Daddy had cut into the crock pot.  Caeden put them in one by one and made sure they were covered in the "water".  Then after seeing me stir the mixture every once in a while, he started to take it upon himself to stir whenever he thought it was time. :)

All done!  Now what mom?

We'll have to see what we can do next week for "Cooking with Caeden" time. :)
