Little Project

During breakfast and lunch today, Caeden and I started naming who the people were in the pictures on our fridge.  So it gave me an idea (more like a "duh" moment).  I don't know why I didn't think of this months ago, but I decided to take some photos off our fridge and place them in his playroom.  I used to do this sort of thing when I worked at a daycare.  I would not only use photos of the Tots' family (for Family themed unit) but also used pictures of animals, shapes, colors, letters, and numbers.  I put them on the wall, tables, even on the floor, basically anywhere contact paper would stick!

The only materials you need are:
•Contact paper (I get mine at Wal-Mart)
•Scissors
•Photos (I only had old photos that I had taken out of his photo book, so I will have to update them...someday.)
You simply just cut the contact paper to fit the size of your picture and then place it on the wall (or tile floor). I made sure that the pictures were at Caeden's eye level.
I will add a title to this section of the wall.  It will probably say, "My Family" or something else (creative juices aren't flowing today).

So now when we are in his playroom we can talk about members of our family!  I know this was not an original idea, but wanted to share my "aha!" moment of the day. :)
